Forklift operators are responsible for the movement of all received pallets through the facility, owning correct FEFO/FIFO as they manage organization of storage and proper rotation. They handle the loading of finished goods, transfers, and donations pallets on outbound trailers; keeping meticulous load diagrams. The operators perform all tasks and duties in a safe, timely, and organized manner in accordance with SOPs and Home Chef's commitment to safety first, quality always.
The Production Sanitation Associate is responsible for all activities involved in maintaining the cleanliness and food safe environment of the production areas and equipment in the food processing facility. The Production Sanitation Associate is expected to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times, maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, organized and safe manner at all times, and follow all health and safety regulations.
Warehouse associates will ensure the needs of both production and warehouse are met throughout their respective shifts by the timely and safe delivery, shipping, and receiving of produce and packaged goods.

The Machine Operator’s primary responsibility is to support the running of production equipment to ensure maximization of uptime, including being able to safely start, operate and lock out a piece of equipment. When the use of machine operation is not necessary, the machine operator will complete other production tasks as assigned. The Machine Operator is responsible for performing tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices (BP). Some tasks include but not limited to, operating production equipment, labeling proper packaging, portioning ingredients to their appropriate measurements, and meal bagging correct quantities as given by Production Lead.
